Welcome to MardiPay. By accessing or using the MardiPay application, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

1. Eligibility

To use MardiPay, you must be of legal age to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction. By using the service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

2. Use of Service

You agree to use MardiPay only for lawful purposes. You must not use our platform to engage in any illegal activity, including but not limited to fraud, money laundering, terrorist financing, or the purchase of illegal goods and services. You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of MardiPay complies with local laws.

3. Transactions

  • Irreversibility: All transactions executed via MardiPay are confirmed on the blockchain and are strictly irreversible.
  • Accuracy: You are solely responsible for ensuring you have entered the correct recipient address or username. MardiPay cannot reverse, cancel, or refund any transaction once it has been initiated.
  • Disclaimer: MardiPay is not responsible for any lost funds, incorrect recipient addresses, failed transactions, or unexpected outcomes resulting from your use of the application.

4. Fees

Currently, your transactions are subject only to the standard network fees required by the Solana blockchain. MardiPay reserves the right to introduce platform fees in the future, which will be clearly communicated prior to any transaction.

5. Split Expenses

MardiPay offers features to help users track and split expenses with contacts. These features act merely as a calculation and notification tool. MardiPay does not enforce payments, settle debts, or act as an intermediary for these arrangements. You and your contacts are solely responsible for settling any outstanding balances.

6. Availability

We constantly strive to improve MardiPay, which means the service may be updated, interrupted, or temporarily suspended without notice. We do not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access to the platform, nor do we guarantee that the integration with the Solana network will always be functional.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MardiPay, its creators, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of:

  • Any loss of funds, data, or crypto assets.
  • Mistakes, errors, or inaccuracies in recipient addresses.
  • Smart contract vulnerabilities, blockchain network failures, or congestion.
  • The failure of any third-party wallet or infrastructure provider.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of MardiPay after the terms have been updated constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
